Each week I share things that have made me stop and think.
There will be a weekly coaching prompt. I invite you to have a think about the prompt and write something down in your journal (a great excuse for new stationary!) It is a fantastic way to unpack your thoughts.
I do not expect you to have time to do everything. Just doing one small thing might be all that you need to have a positive impact on your week.

Coaching Prompt
"What can you let go of while still doing the work?"
Thank you to my last spin class for this prompt. The instructor asked the question as we were working hard on a climb! He offered suggestions of letting go of the tension in your neck, shoulders, or hands. Or can you let go of something, you are thinking, that is stopping you from performing at your best?
What a brilliant coaching prompt for every day at work or in your personal life.
3 songs long
The story behind “3 songs long” is that I love my online Peloton spin classes and the feature that allows me to "like" a song as we spin. The “likes” link to my Spotify playlist and stop me forgetting the songs, which I am prone to do! Sometimes it’s recent music and sometimes it's a song that I haven’t heard in ages. I update “3 songs long” on a regular basis.
I chose 3 songs for the playlist because it lasts for 10 minutes (ish). That 10 minutes is the perfect length of time for you to either listen, relax, do an exercise snack, walk round the block, or do anything you fancy to music (go wild with your imagination). You can listen to my playlist or make one of your own.
One of the things, that I think is so important, in my pillars of wellbeing is to choose something that works for me and to try and do one small thing every day.
Try it and see what happens.
