You see, I think that there’s no point telling a busy, working woman that she just needs to do mindfulness, yoga, cardio, prepare 3 healthy meals a day, and practice gratitude when everything around you is dragging you down. All you want is for the merry-go-round to stop, so that you can step off for a minute and rest.
My checklist gives you some practical tips for what you can do when wellbeing has worked its way to the bottom of your to do list.
The good news is that you don't need to do it all! Small changes can have a massive impact on how you feel.
